Your right to cancel (UK law)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at admin@barebeard.co.uk or via WhatsApp at +44 7759 188414 within 14 days of delivery.
Returns
We also offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Because our products are cosmetic/personal care items, opened or used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp or email admin@barebeard.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort out a replacement or full refund – no need to send anything back.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp (+44 7759 188414) or email admin@barebeard.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions directly
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method
Return postage on non-faulty returns (change of mind, wrong scent, etc.) is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
Want a different scent instead of a refund? Let us know when you contact us and we’ll swap it where stock allows, subject to the same 30-day/unused conditions above.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
